Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation including process maps business requirements and functional specifications.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Develop and deliver reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.
Assist in the development of business cases and project plans for new initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Provide training and support to endusers on new processes and systems.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
