Our Client Myafair Partners is exclusively working with a CAT 4 DFSA regulated External Financial Advisory firm and assisting them in recruiting a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager.
Based in DIFC Advising on Financial Products Arranging Deals in Investments Arranging Credit and Advising on Credit Arranging Custody. Our client specializes in providing private and institutional investors with holistic wealth and asset management solution services. They provide access to a multibanking platform conduct extensive research of their clients portfolio management services.
Key Responsibilities- Create draft and formulate an internal talent acquisition strategy through various recruitment tools (including advertising network and other channels) identify and hire excellent talents needed by the company; establish a talent reserve system to reserve talent resources for the companys development
- Assist the management in the daily management of office administrative affairs.
- Maintain healthy Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure plans are in place and updated
Summary of Qualifications- Currently based in UAE and available for an immediate start.
- 5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience within the private banking sector at least 2 years of management experience
- Familiar with the local policies and labor laws of the DFSA ADGM & UAE
- Working experience wealth management industry
- Solid experience in recruiting within the banking sector in the GCC
