Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviors needs and preferences and inform design decisions.
2. Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions creating user personas user journeys and design requirements to guide the design process.
3. Create wireframes prototypes and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions iterating and refining designs based on feedback and usability testing.
4. Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define project goals requirements and success criteria and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
5. Design user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications applying best practices in information architecture interaction design and visual design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
6. Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability reviews of existing products or features identifying usability issues inconsistencies and areas for improvement and proposing design solutions and enhancements.
7. Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UX design and apply new tools techniques and methodologies to enhance design processes and outcomes.
1. Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
2. Previous experience in UX design interaction design or related roles preferably in a digital agency software development or technology company.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects including wireframes prototypes and finished designs with an emphasis on usercentered design principles and methodologies.
4. Proficiency in design tools and software such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar tools and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g. InVision Axure Proto.io).
5. Solid understanding of usercentered design principles usability best practices and interaction design patterns with knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
