Job Description
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and international recruitment agencies by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the onboarding process and as per the approved SLAs of StaffCo.
- Customer : build a strong and positive relationship with customers and clients and maintain the highest level of client relationship skills to uphold StaffCo. goals.
- Documentation and Compliance: Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation and credentials to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- and Training: Coordinate and facilitate sessions to familiarize candidates with company policies, procedures, and culture. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to arrange necessary training programs as required.
