Prepare project plans and external-facing specifications from technical requirements produced by IT and/or Technical Services teams
Liaise with internal resources and external partners, vendors and/or resources on current and future projects.
Monitor daily progress of projects and provide timely detailed updates to the Global Head of Infrastructure and IT as well as other key stakeholders
Creation/Maintaining and updating Technical Documentation regularly
Realign timescale expectations where programme and project slippage has occurred.
Collaborate across a global and multicultural remote team
Qualifications
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Any additional language a plus
Experience as a Project Manager or Lead or related work experience and administering project plans/timelines
Swiss/ EU nationality or existing working permit in Switzerland is required
Working experience in hospitality and/or hotel pre-openings would be highly desirable, although not essential
Proven experience with using Smartsheet
Understanding of project management processes, standards and governance
Proven experience in stakeholder management, providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes, ability to liaise with stakeholder at all levels
Excellent time management, organisational skills with the ability and desire to meet project, task, and/or assignment deadlines
Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of work
