Job Description
- Serve as a Business Development Manager, leveraging your expertise to cultivate and bring in your own sales portfolios.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development Team, providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
- Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including setting and monitoring goals for new IB and customer activation, existing IB and customer retention, partnership acquisition, and overall conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, forecasting expected sales and profits for existing and new products.
- Provide hands-on guidance and practical advice to Business Development Managers to enhance their performance and drive results.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to devise effective promotions and client acquisition strategies tailored to different market segments.
- Innovate and explore new business development strategies, translating them into profitable ventures.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between sales and marketing teams, ensuring a consistent closed loop for lead and opportunity management.
- Monitor and analyse lead and pipeline data to validate quality and provide insights for continuous improvement.
