Real Estate Administrator

• Manage and coordinate various real estate activities efficiently.
• Handle advertisement portals for brokerage units, adding new properties for sale and rent.
• Draft MOU, Tenancy Contracts, and Agent to Agent Agreements.
• Coordinate with developers regarding the renewal of Agency Agreements and NOCs.
• Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all properties.
• Ensure compliance with RERA rules and regulations.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to achieve department goals.
• Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations, including Trakheesi.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, particularly in email correspondence.
