Job Description

  • Understand clients insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Review and analyze client insurance portfolios to identify gaps in coverage.
  • Obtain quotes from insurance Companies or prepare quotes (Inhouse Options ) and negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients / agents.
  • Coordinate the placement of insurance policies and ensure timely issuance of the policy documents.
  • Review policy terms and conditions to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales agents and insurance companies.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records, policy documents, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist clients with the claims process by providing guidance and support.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and claims adjusters to expedite claim resolution.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure fair and equitable claim settlements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in UAE insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage environment.
  • Strong understanding of various lines of insurance, including property, casualty, liability, engineering, and other commercial lines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
