Job Description
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience with risk adjustment coding
- Must have active CRC certification
- Experience providing feedback and findings to physicians
- Experience being provider facing, working with clinics, and explaining current gaps in coding
- Ability to be in office 1-2 times a week
Day to Day:
As an HCC Medical Coder, your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring accurate and compliant coding practices. You’ll need to maintain your CRC certification and be comfortable providing constructive feedback to physicians.
