* Able to work 2nd shift 3:30PM- 12:00AM
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
* Troubleshooting experience, password resets, connecting to VPN, rebooting computers etc.
* Customer service experience (customer facing)
* Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Suit, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* MUST BE LOCAL TO CLEVELAND!
