Job Description
- 5-7+ years leading process and lean transformations within a SaaS or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, odologies, and tools including Lean principles (such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen and Kanban).
- Proficiency in process ysis, workflow optimization, and performance measurement techniques.
- Experience with statistical ysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and ytical ss.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
