Job Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, and plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• ist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative istants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
• Familiarity with letter drafting, presentations, etc.
Education & other requirements:
• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience.
• Proficient communication and written ss.
• Reporting directly to the General Manager.
