Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities.
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility needs and issues.
Manage and coordinate facility maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor and control facility budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Lead and manage facility projects, including renovations and expansions.
