Key Responsibilities:
Interview Arrangements and Logistics:
Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews including scheduling, venue booking, and transportation arrangements
Manage airline ticket bookings and hotel accommodations for candidates arriving from abroad as necessary
Liaise with candidates to provide guidance on interview logistics, locations, and any other pertinent information
Book suitable interview venues ensuring availability and suitability for the interviewing process.
Ensure all necessary facilities and arrangements are in place, including refreshments, cleanliness, and any special requirements for the interview process
