Job Description

Position Title: Safety and Quality Officer

Location: Hamriyah Free Zone Ajman UAE

Experience Required: 02 years

Target Industry:

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for an industrial training institute. This role involves promoting training programs building relationships with corporate clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales a deep understanding of the training and education sector and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Risk Assessments:
  • Assist in identifying workplace hazards and evaluating risks.
  • Recommend control measures to mitigate risks.
  • Support Health and Safety Inspections:
  • Participate in routine inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation:
  • Assist in documenting and reporting accidents and nearmisses.
  • Support investigations to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote Health and Safety Awareness:
  • Help deliver training sessions and prepare materials.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Maintain Records:
  • Keep accurate records of risk assessments training and inspections.
  • Manage health and safety documentation and databases.
  • Assist with Audits:
  • Participate in internal and external health and safety audits.
  • Support the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Ensure Compliance:
  • Help ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
  • Emergency Preparedness:
  • Support the development and implementation of emergency plans.
  • Assist in conducting emergency drills.
  • Use of PPE:
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Monitor availability and condition of PPE.
  • Support Senior Staff:
  • Provide administrative and technical support to senior health and safety managers.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

Education: NEBOSH

Experience: 0 to 2 years in any industry

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
