Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Architecture/ Quantity Surveying Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience involving typical estimating activities in infrastructure projects including wet and dry utilities.
- Software experience:
- Essentials: AutoCAD/ MS Excel
- Preferable: Costx/ Candy/ PlanSwift/ BIM 360
- Ability to perform standard estimating and QS activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is required for Pre Contracts work.
- Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings and specifications.
- Previous experience using estimating database supported software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
