Job Description

  • Proven ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity, excellent written and oral communications ss, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
  • BSc in Civil or Marine Engineering (or related field) with +15 years of related work experience.
  • Must have experience in Civil Engineering for marine applications ie. Understanding means and ods of construction for quay walls, soil improvement, piling types, excavation and compaction, bridges, tunnels, duct banks, batch plants, etc.
  • Must have MENA experience specifically in GCC.
  • Must have expert communication ss in English (reading, writing and speaking)

What Desired Ss You'll Bring

  • MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar or an MBA
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts with multiple field teams at the same time
  • Ability to manage in a highly demanding and stressful environment for a high profile client
  • Be a team player who leads by example, and adds a level of optimism to extreme engineering challenges
