Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Middle East Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of experience in field marketing with a strong emphasis on channel marketing. This role will be instrumental in driving demand generation increasing brand awareness and supporting our channel partners in the Middle East region.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Middle East Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of experience in field marketing with a strong emphasis on channel marketing. This role will be instrumental in driving demand generation increasing brand awareness and supporting our channel partners in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the Middle East market to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support their marketing efforts and drive joint marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage channel marketing programs including comarketing campaigns webinars and events to increase deal registrations and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the global marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital events email and social media to generate leads and nurture prospects.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing activities and achieve lead generation targets.
Enhance Seclores brand presence in the Middle East by promoting key messages case studies and thought leadership content.
Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and leverage global campaigns for regional impact.
Plan organize and execute regional events including trade shows conferences webinars and partner events to engage prospects and customers.
Ensure successful event execution and followup activities to maximize lead conversion.
Develop and deliver training and marketing materials to equip channel partners with the tools they need to market and sell Seclores solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure partners are aligned with sales objectives and marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to understand regional trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Create and proof marketing materials such as press releases webpages etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
58 years of experience in field marketing with a strong focus on channel marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs.
Proficient in English and Arabic with a strong understanding of the Middle East market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems Splash Asana etc.
Excellent budget management ability and vendor negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the Middle East region to meet with channel partners attend events and support field marketing activities.
