Role holder is responsible to meet walking customer into branches applying for Liability Letter and to retain them with EI.
Role holder is responsible for retaining Personal Finance customers and reducing attrition by monitoring, negotiating and convincing individual customers not to terminate relation with the bank and the organization. In addition, answer questions regarding billing, how a particular product works, what type of support is available, and so on.
The work igned may either be products or accounts based and involves back-up doentation and periodical reporting. The role performance is driven primarily by the behavioral competencies backed by appropriate technical ss.
Job holder will be placed in one of EI Branches.
Mandate s set:-
Minimum 3+ Years Banking experience in Sales / Customer Service.
Knowledge of core banking systems and should have a knowledge of the Products.
Personal finance experience is preferred.
Bilingual speaker – English and Arabic both mandatory.
