Doentation Officer

• Organize and maintain company records, files, and doents in an efficient and accessible manner
• Review and edit doentation for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
• Prepare, compile, and distribute doents and reports as required
• Update and maintain databases and electronic filing systems to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and resolve any doentation issues
• Conduct regular audits on doents to confirm accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to employees on proper doentation procedures
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Doentation Officer or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and doent management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication ss
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ss
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of record-keeping and doent control procedures
