Job Description
- Ensure that daily requisitions for food, beverage and equipment/materials are done according to par stocks and volume of business.
- Ensure smooth change of shifts and record information in the diary.
- Maintain supervision and discipline of In Room Dining staff in conjunction with the Outlet Manager.
- Ensure that the In Room Dining area is kept tidy and clean.
- Make personal contact with VIP’s, suite occupants, long stay guests, etc. when ordering Food and Beverage from In Room Dining.
- Ensure in conjunction with coordinators that all complimentary and private orders are delivered to guestrooms as required, and to ensure all cards are controlled.
- Arrange meals, cocktails parties and special requests for clients wishing to entertain in their rooms/suites.
What You Bring
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Experience within Room Service department.
- Excellent Guest interaction skills.
