We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support a leading design supplier of bespoke clothing/uniform in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation Management: Prepare and complete quotations with precision ensuring all client specifications and pricing details are accurate and uptodate.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner and Senior Merchandiser Manager including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and organizing files.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for quotations and address any inquiries promptly if necessary.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing logistics operations including coordinating shipments tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions communications and logistical details to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Problem Solving: Address any administrative or logistical challenges efficiently and proactively providing solutions to maintain workflow continuity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within the fashion or design industry. Logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated and able to manage work pressure effectively.
