Key Responsibilities:
- Procure to Pay Management: Oversee the entire procure to pay process, ensuring seamless flow from procurement initiation to payment processing. Coordinate with various departments to streamline procurement activities and optimize purchasing processes.
- Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory costs. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement replenishment strategies as necessary.
- Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. Implement best practices for warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Stock Transfers: Facilitate inter-departmental and inter-location stock transfers efficiently. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate transfer of materials while minimizing disruptions to operations.
- Cross-Verification of Delivery Notes: Verify delivery notes against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries. Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers as needed.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established processes and procedures.
- ERP Expertise: Utilize SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems proficiently to support supply chain operations. Extract and analyze data to generate insights for process improvement and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any course.
- 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of procure to pay processes.
- Experience in stock and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management principles and practices.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Ability to cross-verify delivery notes and resolve discrepancies.
- Proven experience in managing a supply chain team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
