Coordinate daytoday operations including scheduling logistics and resource allocation.
Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies procedures and standards.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Communicate with internal teams vendors and customers to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the operations team such as preparing reports presentations and documentation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
Proven experience in operations coordination or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
