Job Description
Organizing site teams scheduling teams allocating team members
Follow the daily pumping equipment schedule given by the operations team.
Advise the site condition rate of supply and other technical information well in advance to the operations team.
Visit the site with planned deliveries to inspect the arrangements for receiving the concrete and the site s accessibility.
Reallocate the mobile pump when a delivery using a concrete pump is completed.
Responsible for getting acknowledged pump (mobile pump and static pump) sheets from customers and submitting the same to the Pump Coordinator.
Ensures proper coordination and communication for delivery maintenance and prompt truck return after pouring to ensure that other deliveries are unaffected.
Supervise & control overtime of the Mobile Pump Crew Placing Boom Crew & Static Pump Crew.
Requirements
At least 2 years working experience in a similar role.
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering / Technical Studies or any related profession.
Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role.
English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language will be an advantage).
Knowledge of concrete pumping equipment & procedure.
Pump troubleshooting.
Understand internal/external customer requirements.
Microsoft 365 tools (Excel PPT & Word) SAP knowledge.
