Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Operations Director you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of this newly launched AIGC product. You will play a critical role in ensuring the products success by managing its daytoday operations optimizing processes and leading a highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational strategy and execution for AI Vista ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and scale the operations team including hiring training and performance management.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
- Collaborate with product management engineering and user growth teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on operational performance making datadriven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and forecasts ensuring resources are allocated optimally to support business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management of internet business preferably AI related industry.
- Proven track record of leading operations and teams in a highgrowth environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills capable of motivating and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generative content is highly desirable.
