Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager Outsourcing Business for one of our clients who is the regions leading provider of business transformation technologies helping companies unlock their full potential through innovative solutions. About the Role
As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the outsourcing sector. You will be the trusted advisor for your assigned clients acting as the bridge between their business needs and our transformative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in leading UAE businesses leveraging your existing network connections.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the outsourcing market understanding client pain points and how our solutions can address them particularly focusing on solutions like Data and Microsoft.
  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our outsourcing solutions aligning them with each clients specific goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability while exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage existing client relationships acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify upsell and crosssell opportunities maximizing revenue from your client base.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales Operations Delivery) to ensure seamless project execution and client success.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales activities and pipeline health.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within IT sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and outsourcing industry trends particularly in the areas of Data and Microsoft solutions.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with a preference for fluent English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships navigate complex client situations with confidence and demonstrate a strong personality.
  • Deep understanding of the businesstobusiness (B2B) sales cycle and solution selling techniques.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools.
