Provide full administrative support to clients & intermediaries • Review all documents received and enter data in the healthcare systems while ensuring a high level of accuracy within the time frame as per the agreed SLAs
Ensure regulatory compliance is achieved through continuous monitoring and reporting of process, procedures, and systems gaps.
Liaise with cross-functional teams for customer service, medical and health on track-related queries.
Ensuring customer, client, and broker are at the center of day-to-day activities to meet evolving needs and expectations.
Supervise the team and allocate work
Process policy issuance and endorsement (Addition, Deletion, Amendments)
Process monthly reconciliation.
Attends general queries through email and phone calls
Monitor the automation process if successful and report in case technical issues
Validate & review the data before uploading or deleting from the main system.
Essential Requirements:
Proficiency in English & Arabic Language.
Previous experience in a policy administration role.
One-year administrative experience within the healthcare insurance industry.
MS Office - Microsoft Excel skills, including (Data Filters. Data Sorting, Pivot Tables, Cell Formatting, Cell Formatting, and Data validation) are a must for this role.
