Job Description

Our client large F & B and Entertainment company that has a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Communications Department is seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join their inhouse team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing their visual content focusing primarily on our Food & Beverage outlets and Gift Shops within their museums. Additionally the job holder will support various marketing initiatives and collaborate on a range of tasks.

As our Photographer you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications. You will be responsible for capturing highquality images that showcase our unique offerings tell compelling stories about our products and align with our marketing goals. Additionally you will assist the team with graphic editing social media management market research and other related tasks.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand visual requirements and campaign objectives.
    • Plan and execute onsite photoshoots coordinating with store or restaurant staff setting up equipment and managing logistics.
    • Work closely with various departments to meet specific visual content needs.
    • Conduct professional photography sessions for F&B products retail items and merchandise in studio or on location.
    • Create lifestyle and flatshot imagery of products to highlight their features and benefits.
    • Work with F&B chefs and restaurant teams to present food in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
    • Ensure food photography accurately represents the restaurant s culinary style and offerings.
    • Cover the company s events through compelling visual storytelling.
    • Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency with brand standards using industry software (e.g. Adobe Suite Photoshop).
    • Create a range of promotional videos aligned with departmental directives.


Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

    • Proven experience with a strong portfolio.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
    • Photography Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing professional photography equipment and techniques to capture appealing and marketable visuals.
    • Visual Storytelling: Ability to convey narratives through captivating visual content.
    • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Suite).
    • Product Photography: Experience in shooting products to highlight their features and appeal.
    • Event Coverage: Ability to document events effectively through photography.
    • Adaptability: Capacity to tailor photography styles to varied project requirements.
    • Versatility: Ability to work with different subjects styles and environments.
    • Bachelor s degree in Photography Visual Arts Film or related fields preferred.
    • Certifications or courses in Photography Videography or related areas advantageous.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and motivating teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Creative thinker with a passion for classical music and the performing arts. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to attend events and meet project deadlines.
