Oversee all aspects of retail operations including sales customer service inventory management and staffing.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Recruit train and supervise store staff providing coaching and performance feedback as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and merchandising.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Resultsdriven mindset and customercentric approach.
