• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
  
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather customer feedback
  
• Develop and maintain reports using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS
  
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in market research or data analysis
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS
  
• Experience with survey design and analysis
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
