SAP BTP Consultant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP BTP Consultant/Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the implementation of cuttingedge SAP BTP solutions. In this role you will leverage your deep understanding of SAP Finance project management expertise and strong communication skills to lead projects from inception to postimplementation support ensuring successful outcomes that deliver real business value.

Qualifications:

• SAP Certified in Finance (specific certification details can be added based on your companys requirements).
  
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering 3 or more SAP implementations of a similar nature preferably involving SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Finance with a clear understanding of industry best practices and challenges.
  
• Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst for a similar SAP modernization project involving SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree a plus.
  
• Minimum of X years of experience in project management with a strong focus on managing complex SAP implementation projects including SAP BTP.
  
• Proven ability to manage largescale projects from initiation through to postimplementation support ensuring successful delivery within budget timeline and scope.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP capabilities components and best practices with handson experience in implementing SAP BTP solutions.
  
• Excellent project management skills including the ability to develop and execute project plans manage project risks and issues and ensure project success.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is highly desirable.
  
• SAP certification in relevant areas (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)) is a plus.
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend SAP BTP implementation projects ensuring adherence to project scope timeline and budget.
  
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define project objectives requirements and success criteria translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and resource allocations. Effectively track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
  
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues implementing strategies to mitigate potential roadblocks and ensure project success.
  
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SAP BTP solutions.
  
• Provide ongoing postimplementation support to ensure user adoption and maximize the return on investment (ROI) from the implemented solution.
