One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Agent Offplan Market to join their thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing a keen understanding of market trends and excellent negotiation skills also you will:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends demands and potential buyers for offplan properties.
  
• Analyse competitive offerings pricing strategies and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
  
• Proactively seek out potential clients interested in offplan properties.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers investors and individuals looking to purchase offplan properties.
  
• Effectively present offplan properties to clients highlighting unique selling points potential return on investment and any additional benefits.
  
• Prepare and distribute visually appealing marketing materials showcasing offplan projects.
  
• Stay updated on local real estate regulations and ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements.
  
• Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary documentation for offplan property purchases.
  
• Provide financial advice to clients including mortgage options payment plans and investment strategies related to offplan properties.
  
• Collaborate with financial institutions and mortgage brokers to facilitate smooth financing for clients.
  
• Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and developers to ensure favourable deals for all parties.
  
• Facilitate the closing of offplan property transactions including handling contracts and coordinating with legal professionals.
  
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for offplan properties utilizing online and offline channels.
  
• Organize promotional events and open houses to attract potential buyers and investors.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics related to offplan properties.
  
• Attend conferences seminars and workshops to enhance knowledge and networking opportunities.
  
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the entire property purchasing process.
  
• Address client inquiries concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  
• Generate regular reports on market trends sales performance and client feedback.
  
• Utilize data analytics to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Be educated to degree level.
  
• Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian Italian French German Chinese Arabic or Indian.
  
• UAE Driving License
  
• Have Good knowledge of Dubai s Real Estate market.
  
• Be capable of growing a solid social media presence.
