Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times
  • Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
  • Provide day to day supervision of instructor's job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations
  • Provide day to day supervision of Administrative personnel job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations
  • Liaise with Customers / Internal NOV Departments to define and arrange training requirements and time slots.
  • Work with the Training Management team to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating training programs relevant to the internal / external customer and operational needs of the company.
  • Ensure that training maintains its strategic focus on the provision of quality training to internal/external Customers.
  • Maintain regular contacts with other departments to stay in tune with new projects and products, as well as training needs.
  • Assist in conducting training needs analysis and arranging/conducting internal and external courses and seminars accordingly.
  • Communicate with other departments in order to receive first-hand information on new projects and products.
  • Identify and adequately allocate resources to provide training on all NOV products.
  • Ensure that Instructors and Administrative personnel work according to BPA process for Training. And according to the BPA process for Order Management.
  • Assist NOV sales to provide necessary information to customer requests.
  • Create and issue Training proposals per customer request according to global Training price Policy.
  • Cooperate with other Training locations on internal and external training.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Responsible for the groups Competency target.
