Real Estate Agent - TUSMO Real Estate

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market in UAEDubai and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying selling and renting properties as well as providing guidance and support throughout the entire process. Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying selling and renting residential and commercial properties in UAEDubai. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify potential buyers and sellers. Coordinate property viewings negotiations and property inspections. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying selling or renting process. Prepare and present offers purchase agreements and other relevant documents to clients. Stay informed about the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAEDubai real estate market. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market property values and legal requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
