Job Description

  • Drafting meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and work reports.
  • Managing the Document Control System (OA) to timely filing, processing, and archiving company documents.
  • Handling document transmission, including email, mail, fax, etc.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including document distribution, classification, and archiving.

Provide general admin service and support:

  • Managing company meeting rooms, including booking, preparation, and external guest reception.
  • Arranging schedules and appointments for the President/GM or other senior management.
  • Providing general service support to the President and GM, including traffic arrangements (ground/air transportation), TR, reimbursements, and monthly reporting.
  • Coordinating company vehicle arrangements, including applications and scheduling, to ensure safe and convenient transportation for company purposes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Similar experience in admin or customer service.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (mandatory).
