Our client is a leading freight forwarding firm based in Dubai are looking to hire an experienced Emirati national as Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and social media platforms providing accurate information and assistance regarding products or services.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes and maintain customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions accurately documenting inquiries complaints and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales logistics and finance to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong command of the English language.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
