CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER-EMIRATI NATIONAL

Our client is a leading freight forwarding firm based in Dubai are looking to hire an experienced Emirati national as Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and social media platforms providing accurate information and assistance regarding products or services.
2. Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes and maintain customer loyalty.
3. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions accurately documenting inquiries complaints and resolutions in the CRM system.
   
4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales logistics and finance to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong command of the English language.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
