- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards in the UAE.
- Utilize your consulting experience to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to effectively manage expectations and foster positive relationships.
- Oversee the implementation of construction best practices, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and clients.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering project coordination within a consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting project managers across various project phases.
- In-depth understanding of construction best practices and familiarity with relevant local regulations in the UAE.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
