Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales professional to join team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding specifically in air and sea freight and a proven track record in sales. As a Senior Sales you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air and sea freight industry

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to clients

Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Mentor and train junior sales team members

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 4 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry

Strong understanding of air and sea freight processes and regulations

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel for business purposes

Valid drivers license and own transportation
