Procurement Officer - Manar Al Khaleej Holding LLC

We are looking for an organized procurement officer to handle purchasing. In this position you will play a pivotal role in securing highquality and costefficient supplies for our business. Under the supervision of the Finance Dept. Head the Procurement Officer has the responsibility for the management of the daily procurement activities in the company from the request to the delivery of goods works and services. It must follow procurement procedures maintain an updated list of current and incoming stock and be responsible for approving purchases.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

*Basic level qualification is essential

*2 years experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role (in the UAE)

*Preferred experience in building materials and factory materials purchases

*Computer literacy qualification is essential. Proven ability to utilize and develop computerized spreadsheets and wordprocessing applications

*Procurement Software and Asset Software experience is essential

*Accounting Software is an advantage

*Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or related field preferred
