Job Description

- Set up all new Maintenance Contracts in the ERP and start the billing cycle.
- Ensure all Planned Maintenance schedules are set up according to the TMR agreement.
- Monitor and remove expired units from billing.
- Provide purchase orders to 3rd party service providers.
- Responsible for re-bills of 3rd party service invoices.
- Maintains organization of fleet agreements and contracts with customers as well as 3rd party service providers
- Provide monthly consolidated invoicing to fleet customers for service invoice transactions
- Facilitate setup of new fleet customer locations and 3rd party vendors in business system
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion judgment
- Good team player attitude
