Fleet Administrator

• Set up all new Maintenance Contracts in the ERP and start the billing cycle.
• Ensure all Planned Maintenance schedules are set up according to the TMR agreement.
• Monitor and remove expired units from billing.
• Provide purchase orders to 3rd party service providers.
• Responsible for re-bills of 3rd party service invoices.
• Maintains organization of fleet agreements and contracts with customers as well as 3rd party service providers
• Provide monthly consolidated invoicing to fleet customers for service invoice transactions
• Facilitate setup of new fleet customer locations and 3rd party vendors in business system
  

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion judgment
• Good team player attitude
