Job Description

  1. Systems Proficiency:
  • Possess hands-on experience with Workday Procurement and Fieldglass to effectively manage procurement processes, contracts, and supplier relationships.
  • Leverage technology tools to streamline workflows, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in, drive alignment, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and levels to ensure transparency, clarity, and accountability.
  1. Cost Savings Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement strategies to negotiate cost savings, optimize total cost of ownership, and drive value across the supply chain.
  • Identify opportunities for demand management, alternative sourcing, and supplier innovation to achieve cost reduction goals.

Qualifications:

  • Sharp Contracting Experience: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, understand legal implications, and craft agreements that mitigate risks and deliver value.
  • Procurement Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Workday Procurement and Fieldglass, with the ability to leverage technology tools to streamline procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, influence decision-making, and build consensus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, present persuasive arguments, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver measurable cost savings, process improvements, and value-added solutions within designated categories.
