Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service in Urdu Arabic and English languages.
Coordinate with clients regarding payment collections and ensure timely payments.
Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and tracking of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle any other operational tasks assigned by the management.
