- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes.
- Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified International Freight Forwarder) would be an advantage.
