We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Engineering team. This is a permanent position that requires a professional with a strong background in TPM manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing effective strategies that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity. Experience with Power BI, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Total Productive Maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency across all engineering processes.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization.
- Use Power BI to analyze data and generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives to identify and address the root causes of inefficiencies or quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
- Develop and provide training and support to all staff members on continuous improvement techniques and methodologies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
- Proven experience with TPM manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Proficiency in Power BI and other data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address root causes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
