Job Details

Top 3 objectives in the job

• Develop sales processes, marketing plans, and finance ops and policies that drive growth.
• Lead our planning, budgeting, and forecasting within sales and other orgs.
• Collaborate with Sr leadership to develop best-in-class operations.
  

Additionally

We're looking for a leader with at least 15 years of total experience and 7 years of management.

Ideally, you come out of a software company. If not, you must have a proven record leading in a rapidly growing company sales/ headcount.

MBA is highly preferred
