Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their fabric selections, addressing inquiries, and offering styling advice.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of loom fabrics, including various types, weaves, prints, and embroidery techniques.
Guide customers in choosing fabrics based on their specific needs, preferences, and occasion requirements.
Educate customers about the quality, care instructions, and suitability of different fabrics, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
