Supervise, coordinate and plan the maintenance activities of Plant assets ensuring the integrity, Operational safety, reliability and availability. Evaluate and coordinate the availability of resources required for maintenance activities.
Key Accountabilities
Maintenance Planning Support
- Schedule, control and supervise the and carryout day to day routine maintenance planning activities to ensure effective implementation
- Supervise and ensure that deliverables are accomplished efficiently to the most productive and cost effective manner.
- Monitor and ensure that the work orders for priority based scheduling, resources availability, timely update and entry of the actual man hours and failure report.
- Review / arrange the additional resources requirement for maintenance jobs and ensure the availability of materials required for the planned jobs.
- Coordinate with all maintenance Planning Engineer and Planners, to ensure achieving related KPI targets.
- Issue On Call Schedules to ensure the availability of required manpower during weekends/holidays/off hours for maintenance.
- Review and update periodical progress reports issued by Maintenance to keep top management informed about the progress of all initiatives and to facilitate decision making.
- Coordinate the Maintenance monthly management meeting, prepare/issue MOM and follow up with section/department heads the necessary actions as stipulated in the MOM.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical / Electrical or Instrumentation.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
At least 8 years of experience, in Plant Maintenance Scheduling and Planning within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
